- Assessment of the site for potential moisture problems, mold spore levels,
formaldehyde, chemical contaminants, dust, CO, CO2, temperature, relative humidity,
odor, the condition of the HVAC system, etc.
- Reports of the investigations along with conclusions and recommendations to
resolve the identified problem or contaminant source.
Occupational Services, Inc. (“OSI”) provides mold inspection services by certified inspectors and
laboratories using the analytical methods of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
